AR TECH

End User License Agreement

This End User License Agreement governs access to and use of the AR TECH website and the AR TECH Work Log application.

Last updated: June 29, 2026

1. Agreement

This End User License Agreement (“Agreement”) is between AR TECH (“AR TECH,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) and the person or organization that accesses or uses aromerotech.com, the AR TECH Work Log application, or related services (“you” or “User”). By accessing or using the website or Work Log application, you agree to this Agreement.

If you do not agree to this Agreement, do not access or use the website or Work Log application.

2. Application purpose

The AR TECH Work Log application is a business productivity tool for authorized users to record work sessions, manage client work history, generate work summaries and exports, and, when connected by an authorized user, create draft invoices in QuickBooks Online.

The application is not accounting, tax, legal, financial, or payroll advice. Users are responsible for reviewing all entries, rates, invoices, exports, and QuickBooks Online records for accuracy before relying on them or sending them to clients.

3. License and authorized use

Subject to this Agreement, AR TECH grants authorized users a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Work Log application for internal business purposes.

Users may not:

  • Use the application for unlawful, harmful, fraudulent, or unauthorized purposes.
  • Attempt to bypass authentication, two-factor authentication, account permissions, rate limits, or security controls.
  • Reverse engineer, copy, resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit the application except as expressly authorized in writing by AR TECH.
  • Interfere with the operation, security, integrity, or availability of the application.
  • Upload or submit malicious code, unauthorized data, or content that violates the rights of others.

4. Accounts and security

Access to the Work Log application is limited to authorized accounts. Users are responsible for keeping login credentials, two-factor authentication methods, devices, and browser sessions secure. You must promptly notify AR TECH if you believe an account, device, credential, or integration has been compromised.

AR TECH may suspend, restrict, or terminate access at any time to protect the application, business records, connected services, or other users.

5. User data and responsibility for entries

Users are responsible for the accuracy, completeness, legality, and appropriateness of the information they enter into the Work Log application, including client names, work descriptions, parts and materials, rates, dates, time entries, totals, and invoice-related data.

AR TECH is not responsible for errors caused by inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, or unauthorized user-entered information.

6. QuickBooks Online integration

If an authorized user connects the Work Log application to QuickBooks Online, the user authorizes AR TECH to access and use limited QuickBooks Online data as needed to perform requested integration functions, including connection management, token refresh, item lookup, customer or invoice-related operations, and creation of draft invoices.

QuickBooks Online invoice drafts created through the Work Log application must be reviewed and approved by the authorized business user before being sent, posted, relied upon, or used for accounting purposes. AR TECH is not responsible for incorrect invoice data, incorrect accounting treatment, tax handling, billing disputes, or user failure to review draft invoices.

7. Third-party services

The application may rely on or integrate with third-party services, including hosting providers, database providers, email providers, and QuickBooks Online. Those services are governed by their own terms, policies, availability, and security practices. AR TECH is not responsible for third-party service outages, changes, errors, fees, or data handling outside AR TECH’s control.

8. Privacy

Use of the website and Work Log application is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how information is collected, used, stored, and shared.

9. Ownership

AR TECH and its licensors own all rights, title, and interest in the application, website, software, design, code, workflows, branding, and related materials, except for user-entered data and third-party services or marks. No rights are granted except those expressly stated in this Agreement.

10. Availability and changes

AR TECH may update, modify, suspend, discontinue, or restrict any part of the website or Work Log application at any time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, compatibility with every device or browser, or continued availability of any third-party integration.

11. Disclaimer of warranties

The website and Work Log application are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, AR TECH disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, availability, and security.

12. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AR TECH will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, business interruption, inaccurate records, billing errors, accounting errors, or third-party service issues arising from or related to use of the website, Work Log application, or integrations.

13. Termination

AR TECH may suspend or terminate access to the Work Log application if a user violates this Agreement, creates security risk, misuses the application, loses authorization, or if continued access is no longer appropriate. Upon termination, the license granted in this Agreement ends immediately.

14. Changes to this Agreement

AR TECH may update this Agreement from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date. Continued use of the website or Work Log application after changes are posted means you accept the updated Agreement.
